The reception will be held at the Tower Beach Club, an indoor/outdoor venue offering 270-degree panoramic views of Mission Bay. This modern space features a wraparound deck, open-air bar, and beach access.

What is your guest policy and are kids invited?
+1s are approved, just make sure they’re included when you RSVP. If you'd like to bring additional personnel, please reach out.
What time should I arrive?
The party kicks off at 6pm. We ask that you do not arrive early—unless your goal is to be handed a clipboard and assigned a setup task. Showing up any time after 6pm is fine.
What is the dress code?
California Smart Casual—a balanced blend of elevated style and coastal chill. Footwear to hit dance-friendly KPIs is recommended.
Will the reception be outdoors?
Our venue offers a hybrid environment, featuring both indoor and outdoor spaces to maximize guest satisfaction and scenic exposure. Expect classic San Diego weather, ranging between 65° and 75°.
Will there be [insert diet] food?
If you have specific dietary needs—gluten-free, vegan, “just vibes,” etc.—please indicate them when you RSVP. Our catering team will do their best to deliver on flavor and function.
Will there be an open bar?
An open bar will be available and full participation is strongly encouraged as part of our guest experience enhancement strategy.
Do you have a registry?
We’re prioritizing presence over presents for this merger event. Your attendance is the greatest gift you can give—and we mean that sincerely (no fine print).
Is there a ceremony?
Yes, an intimate, family-only ceremony will precede the main event. The full celebration launches at 6:00pm, and we can’t wait to welcome all partners, investors, and key personnel.
